1. What Finachiva is — and is not

Finachiva is a tool to track and plan your personal investments — you enter your holdings and it computes values, returns, and goal projections from public end-of-day prices and the assumptions you provide.

Finachiva is not an investment adviser and does not provide investment advice. Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or product. Goal and SIP figures are illustrative calculations based on assumptions you enter, are not guaranteed, and are not personalised advice. Consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making investment decisions. Prices and figures may contain errors or delays — verify independently.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and using the service from India for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your password and two-factor device secure, and don't share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@finachiva.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, no scraping or automated bulk access, and no reselling access without permission.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans and one-time packs are billed in INR through Razorpay, inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Your data

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Market data: prices are end-of-day values sourced from third-party market-data providers (covering listed securities, mutual-fund NAVs, pension-scheme NAVs and precious-metal reference rates). They may be delayed, carried forward from the last available close, provided by us where no external price is available (for example an instrument with no active market feed), or based on valuations you enter yourself, and are not real-time or guaranteed accurate or complete. Verify values with your broker, AMC, and official sources before acting on them.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company Legal Name] is not liable for any investment decision or loss arising from your use of the service, nor for indirect or consequential damages. 8. Termination
